would a 24.8 liter box be big enuf for 1 type s 12" it will be in a small hatch back with 300 rms would you reckomend a box that small if not what size it is to be sealed and it has to be smal and a max of 445 mm wide

I think somewhere around 28.5 liters would be a little better, It would give the sub a little more boomieness. Which is around 1cuftamerican.

Find out what alpine recommends and stay between that range per sub and u'll be just fine.

well 24.8 litres is around .87 cubic feet so an s 12 will take it but do you reckon it will sound bad or the same as a 1 cubic foot box
