Based on the number of people that have driven drunk, often multiple times, vs the number that have died doing it, I'd say it's probably actually less than 1 in 6.

Well..I guess you could go through the trouble of handloading bullets and not put powder in some of them.. Randomly pick so many bullets, load your semi-automatic pistol and hope the one in the chamber didn't contain powder.
