whats the differance between running both a power and ground wire from the front battery to the back battery then running just the power wire to the back battery and grounding both the batteries - one grounded in the front and one grounded in the back?

In most cases nothing, but when u run crazy amounts of power, it helps voltage.

I have all three batteries grounded seperately and only two parts of the big three done (excluding the engine ground to chassis) and my voltage doesn't drop below 12.7 with the car off with it on the it doesn't dip below 13. Do you think if I ran a ground from front to back, ground the back batts. to each other and did the last part of the big three, the performance will improve?

give it a try, its not like its gonna hurt ur voltage
