Running RE SE 15s

I have come to the conclusion that I won't need a ported box for my needs, and that a pair of 15's sealed is plenty. I was wondering how they sound for anyone (if anyone), who runs them sealed?

Sealed at 2.0. I would not change to a port for anything.

i run my se 15 sealed. 1000 watts. i prefer the sound of them sealed over ported.

i have 2 12's sealed in a 2.0 cube box off of an audioque 1200 and it's f*cking loud enough for me and sounds clean as hell

I think there is a few others running at 2.5. I like mine at 2.0. It still goes low but it has that great punch to it. Unless you want it really low I would stay at 2.0. My next build I might try 1.75 because I do like the hard hit. I have an aq1200d and they love each other!

as far as output what would the difference be in say that 2 cuber per as opposed to 2.5 or 3 cubers per when talking about 25-35 hz?

i run mine in 3 cube sealed.hits low as hell,but lacks a little impact. 2.5 with polyfill might be what your looking for

interesting. having said that, if you did it over would you go with 2.5 cubes per? I like strong output around 25-30 however i dont want it where you can barely even hear 45-50..

no i wouldnt change a thing, especially if i was ruuning 2. 45-50hz is still there

lol.. thx for giving me something else to think about..2.5 cubes or 3? Glad to see you running 1000 rms on them. I'd be scared silly. I'm gonna try 750 rms

my se 15 is in 3 cube, with polyfill and still handles 1000 rms, if you are going with 2 subs, i would do 3 cubes each for the sound you want

my subs got 3.31 each and their ported... might i need more?

I run 2 se12's ported, on certain songs' bass notes you can really notice the steep drop off.
