Running my 0 guage

ok i drive a 1998 jeep grand cherokee and i was goin to run my new 0 guage wire today and assumed the hole i used to use for my 4 guage wire would be sufficient......well i can get it in that hole but its shrinks at the end into the engine bay and the 0 guage wont came through. I was wondering if anyone has a grand cherokee and has done an install on one of these or knows anywhere ic an look. i really dont want to have to drill a hole anywhere to do this. i looked all around and didnt really see any great oppurtunities. thanks in advance

Run it underneath the car, along/inside your frame... That's what I did on my Suburban...

you may have to use a hole-saw/unibit. also 0 gauge wire is often ran under the care; it is at times difficult to conceal under carpet. either way though, you probably need a hole-saw/unibit.

hmmmm alright thanks guys......im pretty sure it fits under the trim panels on the door frame so if i can just drill a hole and run it throught here that would be best.....im not exactly an expert at this

some cars you can run 0 under the carpet as long as there is a channel to run it and when you put the carpet back that you cant see it

there's plenty of room under the panels for 0 guage wire. however you will have to drill a hole to get it through the firewall. i did mine on the passenger side since that is where the battery is.
