Running 4 channel amp wires

Currently, I have it wired off of just the head unit, therefore I am using the factory wire. I may leave it that way or I might drill through the molex plug if I find an unused spot at the bottom.

In my 2000 Accord, I pulled the doors off and drilled new holes swearing I would NEVER do that again by myself! I was living in a townhouse at the time and my neighbors were looking at me like I was crazy.

It can't be that hard. Just follow where the stock wiring is and buy yourself about a 100 foot roll of 16 ga and go to town

Depends on the car. I bought 100 feet of 14 ga knu and i might have 15-20 left. I did have to run wire from my tweets when I went active though. So you may need more than 50 depending on the car. 75 is ideal, but most stores sell 20, 50 or 100.

is sound deadenin the doors necessary? i wanna just do it around teh edges of the speakers. i dont feel like the whole door is necessary.

I would deaden the whole door if I were you! I am planning on doing my Civic doors in full, as well as purchasing some aluminum to close off the access holes. For the time being, I am going to skip the floor in the cabin of the vehicle because the 96-00 Civic usually gains little benefit by doing that. The firewall is super thin and it won't help with road noise, so why spend the extra $$?

Get it in first and then decide whether you need to deaden your doors.
