i've heard people talking about fosgates new line of amps and they said their is going to be a 1ohm stable 3000watt amp meant to be used on the trf subs is this true

because this person claims he's got an amp that's not due out for another couple months (if what the team RF people are saying is true) and willing to go for $600 thing. trying to catch a scammer in the act.
