RSDs Still Best Sub $100 Comp Set?

Are the RSD6CSs still the best sub $100 comp set? I was looking at them for $80 shipped, and these two.

Running off a dsc480, with a set of RSD 6x9 coaxs in rear deck.

If the Cadence kit isnt bad, for $55 Id take them. But can spend up to $100 if something else is noticeably better.

I thought about the 8in SFs, but for two of them, even the 6.5s, and two tweets, its over $100. Also, I thought the SFs didnt do well in doors?

Also, I listen to a lot of rock and techno, so mid bass is probably the most important thing Im looking for. I REALLY dont like screaching highs. I have the highs at -3db on my HUs EQ, and still think they are a bit high with my RSD coaxs.

Narrowed it down to the RSDs for $80 and the Almanis for $90. I would bridge the DSC480 for the Almanis, so I could push the full 160rms to them, and run the RSD 6x9s off the HU. With the RSD comps, Id run 70rms to them and the 6x9s.
