Lease agreements do not supersede eviction law. Anywhere I know requitres 30 day eviction notice. Of ocurse I don't live or am familiar with Ole Miss's anti-darky laws.

Lucky for you I don't think he would know how to contact a lawyer unless it was for representation for some type of gun charge or hand to hand unless he somehow gets in touch with someone at the NAACP which I am willing to bet does not have a very large presence in the south so I don't think you have much to worry about.
