Roomie is bout to get evicted!

He told me when he first moved in he may not have the rent money due at the first of every month, but would have it sometime the second week. I agreed.

Well he still owes $15 on last month's rent and this month's rent probably ain't coming anytime soon. My dad is going to evict him for that reason right there. I have had several talks with James (my black roomie) about his actions that awake me and my other room mate up. Actions include slamming doors in the mornings (for what reason, I don't fkin know), talking LOUD late at night on the phone, etc. Well i told him to stop and he did, or so it thought. I was awaken at 1:45 this morning hearing the front door slam, a cooler was apparently sit down in front of the fridge, i heard him putting ice and everything in it, slammed fridge door, slammed front door....This morning at 7:00 I get awoken again my slamming of his bathroom/bedroom doors.. Noone is up and for some reason he insists on not closing the doors like a normal person..

A few more things..He will drink our beer up, but keep his in his room..Won't clean off my George Foremand and gas grill after using it. Won't buy household items like paper towels, canola oil spray, etc, etc.... He doesn't even hardly buy groceries cause he lives off these microwave dinners he gets at the retard facility he works at..

Now this guy is working 60 hours a week and can't even afford rent/groceries? Something is wrong here.

But yeah, this morning i came out at 7:00 and told him to tone the door slamming down. When I wake up at 11:00 I see he has written on the board "Nathan, we need a one on one talk when i get off work". I don't know what hes planning on telling me, but I wish i could record the convo somehow when I tell him he is ( ) that close from being kicked out.

Oh wellz. It worked out at first, but this black guy just really has no respect/common deceny.

Oh yeah, one more thing. My room mate and him were drunk and decided to go to the club. James drove my room mates car and ends up backing into a truck at the club putting a big dent in his bumper. James said he would pay for it, but hasn't brought it up since. The car is an '07 Malibu...

I would kick him out anyway even if he pays rent, sounds like a looser and you will without a doubt have more and more problems with him as time goes on.
