And update on roomie..

He just paid me $95..$15 from last months rent..and $80 on this months..

The "pay list" he originally gave me said he would have all his rent paid on October 9th.. Now he says he will have the other $290 October 23rd....

He has not even irritated me once since Tuesday..so thats good.

Trust me after this your 'landlording' skills will improve, I suggest doing a full credit and reference check on anyone you let move in with your esp someone actually living in your same crib.

How rude you are, she's very lady-like, not a dyke. Sorry. And 3 hours is too far anyways, we found her an apartment with 2 more girls and a guy she knows from highschool. For free if she will keep house for em. These kids have parents with more money than brains. So they rent a 5 bedroom house 30 mins south of Memphis. Crazy.
