If you dont mind. What i need is 5 cubes and enough room to stash a d3100+d2400 (idk if the seats open up in the back that i can stick them under the cushions?

goal: dont lose backseats

I forgot (and im too lazy to find out) who gave me the 4.7cuft figure, but i think if i invert woofers i should net 4.9ish using that box dimensions.

My box now is actually 7.14cuft gross, its like 28D 15H 35W (this for sure will NOT fit)
All i want is 5 cubes and space for a d3100 (maybe i can put the d2400 on top of it in a battery bank)

Yeah you'd be screwed on depth. Not too far off though I think you can get a 5 cube in there with a little room to spare, not much.

You might be able to squeeze them under the rear seats, the tops fold down but the bottoms don't. You'd probably have to remove the seats and set the batteries in there thenit the seats back on. I bet they'd fit under the seats. They've got a nice deep pocket under them.

yeah depending on if you have the 4x4 or not i think you either have a 138 alt or 160.... luckily i have the 4x4 liberty so i got the 160 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i have the 4WD one... alt guy said he can probably do 350A

Hell yeah it's easily expandable like the chevy alts. My girls has the 138 amp it's not a 4wd but it must do alot at idle unlike most stock alts cause her voltage is the ****

I have 4x4 and it came with a 138 amp alt. You usually get the 160 amp when you have the roof lights.

I did really quick measurements, 35x22x15 should net me around 5 cubes, but with bracing and port etc im nto sure where ill be. Looks like im gonna invert my woofers

edit: Is there going to be a change in low end response? That's what these woofers have going for them

Lots of people will tell you that inverting a sub doesn't change the way it sounds. In my experiences I have found it changes the sound..specifically a loss in low-end. Best thing to do is try it both ways and see what you like best.

Luckily i found a friend with an 03 liberty sport and he gave me some insight, current planned dimensions are... 39Wx22Hx19D with an assload of port should be right around where i want it.... ill hear back from him later

So far plans are in place, i think i may do a build log on this liberty, from scratch to slam
