Roof Mounted 6.5 n Tweets. Right Above Your Head. To Much?

Just throwin out an idea cause ive never seen it before, was hoping someone would have some first hand knowledge about it, thats all
when you got to a concert do you see speakers in the on the roof pointed directly at the top of your head? No you dont and if you do its a POS teen club or something. Learn the basics in Imaging before asking questions like this.

Where would I learn basics of imaging lol, thats why Im hear, have you ever heard a set in a vehicle like this before? Or just speculation
you want the sound in your face not on top of your head dumbutt.

Thats why it called a front stage not top stage. Car Audio has been around for decades so do you honestly think you came up with some new type of imaging?

Please make about 3 more dumb threads before the day is over.Since your on a role.

Well when in normal sitting position theres about 6" UP to where the driver would be, and probably 16-18" infront of where my head would be. If that makes a difference, im in my car right now haha, but it wouldnt be right ontop of my head

And no i no i didnt invent some new imaging, I figured knowbody has even done it with quality equipment, or because its just easier to throw seom drivers in a door or a kickpanel that maybe knowones ever tried this way and has any first hand experience, which you dont have right?

Was looking for opinions, not for people to try and act hard on the internet...

everyone in this thread except one person has told you its a dumb idea but i fyou want to do it then go ahead. Iam not trying to act hard but you have not made a single thread yet that wasnt dumb. to include your strapping of amps that are not strappable. Get over yourself it's the internet. Fegs like you come here ask dumb questions, then when we flame you, you get all butt hurt. Go ahead install the speakers any way you want home slice.

amps that are not strappable? Cadence TXA 1000D's ARE strappable, and ive run them like that. Daisy strapping rca's does not = strapping. Dont kno why you brought that up tough guy

Yes, one person said the same thing as me, theyve never seen it, neither have you probly. Is there a reason for it? Probly. But I was hoping someone a little more prone to HELPING and not trying to insult to make themselves feel good would chime in. And give pros and cons

Someone who is not speculating

If you want the sound to come from the "front" then just install a 5th channel, or put better speakers in the doors, but to put speakers where they are literally "in your face" is a pretty bad idea, but you are more then welcome to try it and give a review. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

if u want to do it than do it its ur car, if u dont like the sound than put the visors back in. mic aka deephitters has speakers on is roof and they sound pretty good so do what u want

thanks for the positive/constuctive criticism, appreciate it, I'll look for pics of that guys setup. Sound any different than a regular comp setup? His mounted where I stated mine might be placed?
