dvrmstrng hey man congrats i am tryint the same thing by taking advise from rtillaree but i gotta ask when you tlaked to paypal what did they tell u....what was your return to them teling u that it had been over 45 days and u they couldnt help u....any info apprecieated

my main thing was that the two people here that had gotten refunds....i think pimped out something and xclusive filed there thing almost 2 full weeks after i did....that and i actually sent an email pleading with Ronnie....

you have to...talk to paypal to re-open your case

then you need to get Ronnie to email paypal to to OK the refund

then the refund has to go through...

if anyone wants to IM me feel free

ok, to try and help out my fellow CA bretheren here is a little info that might help, it helped me....

after my paypal case was closed immediately because it went beyond the 45 day period i received this email

Regarding an appeal on Case Number xxxxxxxxxxx
The PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy requires a dispute to be opened in the

Resolution Center within 45 days of payment. The terms of the policy are

presented within many areas of the PayPal website including the User

Agreement, the Security Center and in the Resolution Center. With millions

of users, PayPal cannot make exceptions of this policy on an individual

basis, as doing so would be an unfair business practice. Please note that

although the dispute is closed, the dispute is noted in the seller's

account records.

You can review the PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy in our User Agreement by

clicking the "Legal Agreement" link at the bottom of any PayPal webpage and

click "User Agreement".

We value your business and regret that you have had this experience. To

avoid similar experiences in the future, we recommend that you read our

Security Tips on our website by clicking the Security Center link in the

upper right hand corner of any PayPal webpage.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

ok, so it says they cant change it for anyone cause it's unfair, well i found out that several guys from all the sites, flspl,ca,caj, roe, termpro etc had their cases re-opened clearly after the 45 day point for multiple reasons....well once i found that out i called up paypal again and i tore through them, explaining that it was unfair and that i had proof of several people having their cases reopened and that i wanted the same thing...

so basically this email they sent is was effed them to me...had i not have read that i wouldn't have sparked my follow up crusade haha

also, it looks like in my case and a few others that Ronnie is actually just re-funding the money on his own accord after being notified of the claim by paypal...

good luck...

i had a refund pending from ronnie in my resolution center and it failed....it basically tries to get **** out of his bank acct, and there is nothing in there....

now if it aint pending, and yall get your money back, let me know, that means that ronnie sent it back...b/c mine said REVERSAL, not refund.

that means ronnie sent it back, and i want my other 740 too lol

checked again....i did have something just like rtilaree in my history.....pending for 1100, and it lasted about 2 weeks then it failed.

then i got a reversal cuz i yelled at paypal.

that pending refund just means they will try to get money out of there account twice. first attempt is 3-5biz days, second attempt is 5-8.....unless he put money in there that will fail. and you will have to try to get a reversal, which u cant do until the "pending refund" fails or completes.

not to burst ya bubble or nething, thats just how it was IN MY case, i PRAY AND HOPE its different for you guys.

and that "pending refund" in my history was removed, i had to search history to find it.

my actual refund said reversal....ask dvrmstrng.

i think what that pending refund means is, he just okay'd the refund and didnt dispute it.

read this email paypal sent me after the "pending refund" failed

Dear Sean Seepersaud,

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer

Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds

from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery

of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in

question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and

will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include

issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.

Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take

action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss

the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that

it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.

and again, this was MY case, i hope your cases go differently, i think that unless ronnie puts money in his bank account, that "pending refund" means absolutely nothing. talk to a manager and ask for a reversal.

they may say it will take 3-5days for the E-check to clear, but you have to tell them that ronnie has jack **** in his bank acct. (unless that changed) and that his paypal is frozen.

chances are, since paypal "resolution specialists" are idiots, you will get a different answer every time, best bet is get mad and ask for supervisor.

agh ****...mine says refund...i called up after reading that when you first posted it and they said "maybe waiting for an e-check to clear" crap...i will probably call them later on...im supposed to be heading out to Clearwater soon, but my boss hasnt shown up, so maybe today wont be so bad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

oh man that doesnt look promising in my opinion, unless ronnie puts money in his acct.

yea that e-check takes like 4days to clear, if there was actual money to send....

if that refund fails, talk to a manager and ask for a reversal, talk or ask for a specific manager (i had Sean, coincidently we have the same name LOL) and talk to him from now about if a reversal is possible.

I hope you guys that paid get your money back...I was hoping he had changed his ways and was trying to make good of his actions...maybe not //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I hate scammers...I've been scammed on here a few times...The most with nothing to show was $250 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I never was able to get a refund from paypal either

WOOHOOO!!!!!!!

finally after 5 days of "Pending" my balance reads $1,750.00, it came across as a PayPal Balance Adjustment so i think they did a reversal...which means ronnie is fukkkkked....

so you got like $1000 more then owned nice
what???? shoot, i wish...i got back $75 more than i paid in total, some how...dont ask me how...but i wont complain...

i did 2 deals with him, one for a 4kw and then 3 days later one for 2 zx2500's

1x 4kw = $475 + 2x Zx2500's = 1200 =$1675...
