Hey, how's it going. Is this a nice combo:

15" Rock Punch HX2 RFD2215

Rock Punch Power 800.2

That's good no? Or will the power output from the Amp not be enough to make the sub good, or (another one) can I bridge the output so all 800 goes to the single sub?

Good set up. yes, you can bridge that amp to one sub. There will be diagram with the sub and/or amp that will explain the wiring better than I could.

that set up should sound great, my friend has 2 12" Rockford Punch subs pushed by a RF 800.4 and that is loud as hell, tell me how it sounds man.
