Rockford HX2 Power or JL W7?

Im planning on buying a pair of 12inch Power HX2. What do you think of them? Do any of you think they would outperform a previous pair of 12inch JL W7? Space and wattage is not a factor. Both sets ran to full potential

Be careful of saggy spiders, every HX2 I have seen has had this problem.

This is an interesting battle... Id take the HX2 tho. And Im sure you are saving a lot of money doing so.

The Hx2's can be built into much better drivers down the road as well....

Just look at the spider and it should be quite level (straight), not sagging downward. I am sure with the money you are saving, you could recone the HX2s into beasts!!!

I have owned both, although it pains me to say it I would get the jlw7 if its the same price, but the power hx2 will be louderhuge 4 inch coil little less musical.

Not bad... Id sell those amps though and just run a single mono depending on the voice coil config on those subs...

I just bought a hx2 for 100 and it has suspension sag....but give me a while imma make it a beast..

I do like the rf's though. Also weird but I love how the hx2's smelled
