Anyone with a great memory remember about 3 months ago I posted saying "IDK whats burning but something is" well, I popped the same song on in on my buddies system and.. well his didnt make it as long as my old earthquakes. His pioneer 12" thermally failed off a Lightning audio 250mono block. I was all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif..........D:. *runs* he ran that system "full tilt" for 2 years according to him, never even smelled the coil once. The sub was sealed, so by the time we smelled it... it was a little late............LOL

Yes it was downloaded, but not ripped from a video, it was a copy of the CD

I'm about to hook up my 2 SA12's with SPL coils, there getting powered from a SAZ-1500D so I dont think there is anyway I could damage them with music if im not clipping

Just get audacity, load the song up and check to see if it's clipping. Then don't touch another amp without a dmm or oscope.
