Audioque hdc3 18 vs dc lvl 4xl 18

I have a chance to trade my hdc3 18, for one of the dc 18 level 4xls plus a little money to boot.

As much aa I hate dc as a company how much money to boot are we talking here.

I would get it if I were you. How much power does your amp put out? Those XL's can take a beating. Though my buddy did some testing and a direct swap with a Level 4 and an XL on 2k they didn't notice much gain

idk exactly what mines putting out ive seen about 5 bench results from diff ppl. and on ave it was around 2400 @ 1ohm. the best i saw was

2492 @ 1 ohm rise to 1.77 ohm @ 12.9volts

the dc is a helluva sub man. I would do it but thats my opinion onpy

define better, and why do you just "assume" it would be better? I run AQ's, but have built plenty of DC set ups for other people. Both are pretty solid subs IMO...

idk.. im not familiar with dc really.. i just figured... but ill probly just keep the hdc3. its the best sub ive used so far
