Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2's. Anything new comparable?

In my "shopping" for a sub today I happened to throw in my car a 10" Punch HE2 in a sealed Q-logic enclosure. With my Profile msx 600 amp driving it it really sounded pretty good. HOwever, I think I'd want 2 of them to get the "punch" I'm really looking for.

I know these are not made anymore. Are these still considered good or is there something comparable that isnt a ton of dough. I see these on ebay for a reasonable amount.

Also, how does it compare to an HX2? I saw a sealed enclosure at a pawn shop of 2 10" HX2 subs for $229. Too much probably...but got me thinking...

Pair of Memphis Power Reference on ebay for $140 shipped.. 12''.

I really dont know anything about the Memphis. How do they compare to the Fosgate punch series? There is a pair of memphis power reference 10" and 12" for $119 BIN. THats appealing.... power is right up my alley too at 400w rms for the pair....

They are awesome woofers. I would really like to put 4 12" HE2's together, but no dice so far. I have one in 6 cubes to 40htz and it slams pretty hard. They handle tons of power, and are fairly clean (not in my box though).

Look at the new Fosgate P2, It's even better than the HE2. The P3 is closer to the Hx2. And the T1 would be right above it.
