I have to admit this but those amps were awesome. I was around when those were brand new. I had a Punch 45 in 1988 in my brand new Mustang..lol. Not the Punch 45HD (that came later) but the original Punch 45....the first ones that came out. It would pound the hell out of 2 tens. You had to know how to wire them up though. A Punch 150 will slam 2 8" subs, in fact it can run 2 12's if you want it to. My little Punch 45 would hit 2 12's hard. The Punch 150's were WAY underrated as all old school Punch amps were. They are 2ohm stable all day. They do get hot though. Don't be alarmed if you can fry an egg on it (exageration). Alot of the old RF amps got really hot. They also made alot of power. Way more than advertised. They were known as a cheater amps because you could use them in competition and guys would smoke everyone with them. Eventually everyone caught on though. You have a very nice amp there. I'd buy it from you or trade you for another amp if you ever want to get rid of it!!
