Item is used and looks 8/10 and works great. It was bought new about 4 years ago and has been used since, no bluetooth connection issue like some of them had. i purchased a new head unit and have no more need for it. It comes with everything except remote.

It's just depends what you are trying to achieve. I don't know all about your head unit I just looked at its specs for a second. The 360 has 5 channel surround with sub out, time alignment and 31 band eq for each speaker. I had it running a set of active components because my old amp didn't have that good of a crossover. I love it and the 360 will make your system more flexible and sound better.
