Was a fucking awesome show! Does anyone else remember it? My grandpa used to record the episodes for me on VHS tapes, because we didn't have cable/satellite TV. ABC just came out with "Battlebots", which is a gayed up version of it, but isn't too bad. I've been watching a lot of old robot wars episodes on youtube the past couple days.

Robot wars was a cool show. Another one that would not fly today was Celebrity Deathmatch. You may be too young to recall.

I'm sorry. Not because you don't have that monstrosity called MTV, but because I'm sure your missing out on so many great channels.... I pay for DTV and I don't even use the damn thing. 300+ channels, nothing is ever on. I watch movies for free online //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/suave.gif.858fc102f7646e678ee8af7e1fbc41d1.gif But once football starts, I got 3 TVs going in the living room. Bears on the 55", Packers/Lions (to root for the other team) on one of the 32"s and NFL red zone on the other. I'm big into football. That is the only reason I pay for TV, that and Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs.
