I bought a pair of these at wal-mart and hooked them up in my Taurus and I tell you what these mother****ers hit low. They shake the hell out of my front doors. They totally kick the shit out of my brothers 6x9 sony xplods. **** good speakers for only 20 bucks. I'd recommend these to anyone.

My friend has two sets of Roadmaster 6.5's in his Astro, and after hearing that he bought them for $10 a set, I burst out laughing.

Honestly, for $20, you can't complain. They sound better than (older) oem, and the mid woofer was pretty loud, off his garbage hu.

I'm actually considering buying my brother these for the back of his car.

I think theyre pretty good. I have a Ford Explorer, and I have 4- 6x8" Roadmasters in the doors, and a custom install of 4-4" Roadmasters in the trunk in the side panels. I've had them in there for about 2 1/2 years and never had a problem! They shake my doors, they shake the front seats when youre sitting in em. Im powering the 6x8s with a Dual XDVD710 (head unit) and the 4"s with a VR3 200 Watt amp (also great!) and it matches the RMS, so its perfect. I can easily max out the volume on my headunit and they dont get that distorted! I have posted a vid on youtube of my setup from about a year ago, the link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jncGo7OSu3A

My right rear speaker crapped out so I took them back and got a pair of 6X8 pioneer TS-A6872R. Hopefully these work better.
I have had some of those for a while now, got them for $20 as it was an open box thing. Recently put in some cheap deadening and whoa what a difference, they actually sound really nice for running of the HU.
