Ive been told the payments were made via paypal, which means anyone who sent Mike money has his email address. This also means Mike can easily see who sent him money in order to make the repayments, since its been implied that he would somehow use a forum ban as an excuse to not pay the money back. The reason it was discussed to ban him was because people in the past who did not make good on a legit transaction have been banned. The mods concluded that not banning Mike would be seen as favoritism.

At this point Goob has posted in the backroom discussion, and he will handle the situation the way he sees fit. He's read the moderator discussion about the topic, and although I dont know exactly what he is going to do, he's made it clear he will be taking action on it.

yeah i def see both sides of it . if hes banned people will say wtf if he isnt people will say wtf. either way i think he should get a demotion imo
