lol..... had The V for 6 years... didn't know any better until I went to work for their competition... Trust me... get away from verizon... they are like the Nazi's of cellular service providers.

T-Mobile has the best customer service right now and the LOWEST service plans, Cingular is okay too-- both have comparable technology. Sprint has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service... but they DO have some of the kewler technolgy in phones... walkie talkie phones are worthless unless everyone you know has one... won't save you any money otherwise .

I don't know, Verizon has done me and my family good for like 10 years now. I don't think they are bad at all. There is very few times when I don't get a signal and I really like the phones. I don't think they are for everyone, but if you are in just for the sevice and not for hacking and other stuff like that, verizon is fine. I guess it helps when most people I know now are getting "IN". I am just now wanting to get "behind the scenes" with my phone and Verizon is not for that, yet for the average consumer, not a **** thing wrong as far as I can see.
