Ring terminals.Which are better? Crimp, compression or screw down?

Is there a difference in ring terminals? Compression vs. screw down vs. crimp?

Does one style give better performance?

My main concern is I'm uprading the supply wire to 1/0 because of an ongoing low power issue and I don't want the ring terminals into the disto block and beyond to be an issue.

I'm a fan of crimping or compression. I don't like screw down

i dont like screw down terms. ether. on my wires i used crimp terms.

and when it comes to distribution blocks i love the knu. with compression rings.
