Ring Terminals..difference between 3/8 and 5/16 hole?

I bought some 4 gauge ring terminals on ebay but when I got them I noticed the hole was larger then the ones I used before, and it wont be a snug fit around a screw/bolt. Would this cause problems?

provided the bolt is tight and makes contact with the head, i think it wouldent have any problems.

if there was good contact I wouldnt worry, otherwise like previously stated washers would do the trick

hmm.. I'd say the difference between 3/8" and 5/16" is right around 1/16"...... just a guess though

If the screw/ bolt head is not smaller than the hole in the ring terminal, you will be fine. There is no need for two washers. Even if the screw/ bolt head is smaller than the 3/8in hole, just buy larger washers.
