Right tweeter static issue

Hey guys, I have a '99 buick regal and it has the concert II sound system (tweeters near the door handles). My right tweeter has been randomly fuzzing out and the only sound it makes is loud static. It seems to go back to normal for a bit if i jiggle the steering wheel, but that might just be in my head. I'm thinking that its the wiring for the tweeters, maybe where they go inbetween the door and the car. Any ideas/ways to check this?
