no it's called blending.
any good collision shop has a painter that's capable of doing it. unless you bring it to some hack shop.
the first body shop i worked at, the painter training me called it the '7-11 test' which is basically if you work at a good shop like the one i did, after you fix the car you should be able to go to 7-11 and stand outside your car and ask people "can you tell me where i repainted this car" and if they say no, you did a good job.

long story short, no, they will just repaint the surrounding area and blend it into the car.
