Joy...I think blingin out your car is as much an individual thing as blinging out your stereo. I use "bling" figuratively. If you want to spend more on the appearance of your car, far be it from us to give you crap about it. As long as you like how it looks, whatever we say shouldn't matter. If you plan on hopping up your engine and suspension, so be it...we can't stop you..it is your money. I laugh when people scoff at another who dares to be different. Why didn't you keep your stereo stock? You wanted to be different.

I drive a 94' Civic DX with a stock, 174,xxx mile d15b7 and I will shmoke your domestic POS RZ or whatever you call it, home slice. BTW, my 7.5" hood scoop actually does lead to something. I drive an import.. does this mean I am a ricer? It is a black 92 Mitsu. 3000gt vr4. I'll aggre with you about the aluminum wings...body kits that dont match, or are just way too huge or primered, odd colors or flappin in the wind... the hood and (someone PLEASE tell me what the hell these are for if you DONT have a mid engine) Roof scoops! The huge metal contraptions that some like to call exhaust.. I personally perfer to name them fart cans.. the tint that's flammed or mirrored or sparkly colored, etc... and the splashy graphics that tend to find their way on the sides and hood.. and sometimes the roof!!!

cars with these additions, are a complete waste of time and money.. in MY OPINION. but, I know of many imports that I would drive.. he'll, I drive one right now.. and it's one of my dream cars..

by the way, I also drive a 98 Cobra... another dream car of mine.

So a primered kit makes you a ricer? I had to drill the holes in my kit and make sure that it fit before painting it. I had no other transportation so I drove around for a week with it primerd I then took my kit into the shop and borrowed my parents truck. I guess Im a ricer oh no Im actually smart enough to have though about drilling holes in paint

Actually, this picture isn’t accurate. If you understand engines, you’ll immediately realize that 15-psi boost more than doubles the performance an engine.

From the article, it is understood that 15psi boost(done properly) will affectively allow an engine to perform as if it was twice the size. e.g., a 350 @ 30psi performed for them as if it was a 1050ci motor producing nearly 1,500HP.

Could be all false/exagerated info, I'm not going to look into it any further, just something to think about next time you say there is no replacement for [physical]disp.
