RF 500.2 to big for Assassin 10?

Hi all the Assassin 10 has caught my eye as a cheap sq sub that would fit my needs(sealed under seat in truck), however I got a RF 500.2 that I can crossover to 500w at 4ohms rms that I would like to use. Im just wondering if this much power would assassinate the poor little guy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif ? Or since I am going to have a sealed box can I get away with a little more power?

On there webpage they got a Rms rating of 350w and a Rec rating of 200w and I am not really sure what to go with. Any help would be appreciated, thanx all in advance. Hunter121

Thanx for the heads up on the amp tutorial...I appreciate it. Thats a nasty caugh you got, I've heard theres a nasty newbie bug going around you better be prepared for the long nights with headaches. Hunter121
