im sorry i cant rember the technaical term but the type of box where the sub moter is facing out of the box.im wondering if this has any sound differinces and if the box has to be built deifferent. or can you just flip you sub around.

Nothing is different...other than that you dont have to account for sub displacement in the box.

so if i wanted to i could just flip my jl w3 around and bolt it back up to the box. the box is 3.2 cu ft ported to 30hz
