Reverberation

In the 1960s Reverberation was available as an option for sound in cars. As I remember it was "the thing" to have for your car ( in addition to under the dash 454rpm record player). I want to add reverberation to my new car via android cell phone. I see there are apps available for Android but do they work? The couple I've seen listed have a monthly fee. Is it possible to get reverb to work on a phone and have it work through the cars'' speakers? If you ever heard reverb in a car wow it's great!

It sounds like you have a nostalgic interest in car audio! If you have specific questions about apps or setup, feel free to ask!

I would probably look into
Poweramp player app for Android
I never used it
But I just downloaded it and it has reverb
You would just need to figure out how to load your songs into it and just play music from that app

I installed a couple reverb units back in the late 60's when they were a fad. Electromechanical spring things that you put between the radio and rear speaker. Fortunately it was a short lived fad.
