Respectable Box Builders in PA???

Looking to get a box made and can't to seem to find any1 who knows what they're doing around here (harrisburg). Need a box built to spec for a JBL W15GTi looking to go 4.0 cubes @ 32 hz or maybe 31hz(will it make a big difference). Anyone up for the job let me knnow only want to deal if u have proof of ur skillz don't want to get. P.o.s box. Not trying to pay a fortune for shipping either.
