Not necessarily. They'll probably just have more restrictions on the quantity any given user can purchase. That would be a far more logical solution to that problem.

I agree with this. Sad thing is that I see people on here with like 8-16 RE8s in there ride. That sux is you want 16 subs for you butter next GB you can't because you might sell them. Havent read all post but I don't really see a huge deal. If these subs weren't sold at the GB they might not have gotten sold. Even through the GB I know RE made some $$. They sold their subs and now they are getting out to more people. Basically they are making money off of publicity. This is just the way I see it and we all see things differently just wanted to put my 2 cents. However If a limit is placed I'd be kinda mad.

I highly doubt RE even cares. They got their money out of the deal who cars what happens to the subs after that? Hell remember the edead Gb a guy i know wanted a peice to do his licens plate so i told him $5. I made some money and i don't think ed cares but i think i still have Bens e-mail address let me e-mail him and ask him if it was alright.

I doubt that too, the whole purpose of a group buy is to sell in volume and the only thing thats likely to cap it is production capability. Otherwise explain to me how there are tons of brand new rockford amps, 2005 alpine and diamond products ect on ebay for **** near half what authorized dealers sell for. I dont see anybody stopping production so all this unauthorized stock or overstock isn't being sold and flooded on ebay and internet stores making authorized dealers hardly have a competitive chance. All they do is a cheesy disclaimer about warranty being void (like someone cares when they can buy replacement parts out of pocket and still come out alot cheaper). As long as they are rolling products out of their factory's doesn't seem like anyone is trying to stop it. This is the main reason the car audio business has gone to hell. quanity over quality and why, to compete with hurry come up cheap production junk brands (not in reference to RE just venting in general). Porsche doesn't start making unreliable cheap cars because chevy sells more, they do what they do (plus a **** SUV). Anyway point is if RE was really concerned about such things there would be no group buy to begin with. At least as of late doesn't seem to be any shortage of customers. Incentives are only given for two reasons: slow sales or greed.
