You mean over 4.5" p-p.b/c the 3" p-p that it travels, the 6kw it can take, and knowing RE is why.

ryan i already corrected myself. how is it over 4.5" though it's 54mm one way. doesn't that make it roughly 4.25"?You mean over 4.5" p-p.![]()
nope 6kw is what i've heard it can handle and not go bye bye. not saying you should use 6kw on it or that 99% of people have the electrical to withstand 6kw daily.well i hope the trusted source ran 6kw for a extended time.....sorry i read your post wrong i thought you mean 6kw to get it moving....
if that's cost i'd take both the comp vr and L5/L7 over either just off owning all of those but the Re series. L5/L7's can be a solid SQL sub with proper install everyone knows that.RE Series: 12” - $149Kicker VR12 - $150
I'd take the RE12 anyday.
SE Series: 12” - $345
Kicker L5 - $300
Kicker L7 - $400
No way I'd buy an L5 or L7 with the movement that it has over an SE, never going to happen. They don't sound very good, everyone knows that. Unless you're looking for a sub that only plays 50+hz very well.
awww schnookums how ya been.Brought back the old slogan from the beginning...
