Replacing Tweeters

I was going to buy the ms62c set, but with recent problems I cannot spend that money right now. I have alpine type r spr-17s in the front doors. The mids still sound good, for now. But the tweeters are a different story. One is blown and the other sounds muddy. They are 1" silk dome. 4khz-20k freq range. I am running passive. I know it would be a little hard to find a good match but i came upon these. Massive Audio CT 1 (CT1) 1" (25mm) Pure German Silk Dome Tweeters

Would these work? How would i wire them?

I believe they are the same tweets that are in the set

They are not the same as in brand. So would they work? Maybe the dayton tweeters?

You're not going to harm anything by connecting those tweeters to your existing crossovers. It's not ideal, but it will work.
