replacing head unit..input needed

i am replacing my rockford fosgate 9220g head unit. i am looking for some inpt as i see few rockford head units out. what is a good brand that meets these requirement for under $400 shipped??

cd, cd-r, cd-rw, wav, mp3,

3 Front, rear, sub 5 volt rca outs

fully remote control funtional

similar to the 9220g

everyone will say pioneer, excelon, and alpine

the Pioneer Premier (DEH-P780MP) has 2 front pre-outs and a sub pre-out (5v).. and comes with a remote.. my suggestion

i really really like my xcelon x590. it can be had for under $200 and does just about everything.
