replacement subs for expedition

The stock "mach audio" sub in the rear of my 99 expedition blew recently. I removed the 8"sub and am now wondering if anyone knows what a good replacement sub would be? The box seems very shallow so im not real sure about where to look and what to look for in a replacement. I also am not sure what the wattage is on the stock amp it was hooked up to. $ money wise I cannot afford a new amp at the moment so if anyone could give me any suggestions on a replacement sub that will be compatible with the stock amp and the specs on the amp I would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

I looked for my dad a while back and ended up chosing the w0, I believe the stock amp put out like 50 watts or something and saw a few other people online who used this with the stock amp and loved it..

How did you get the speaker out I sent my dad the w0 (he live in FL) and he could not figure out how to get the back bracket unhitched so he has to wait for me to take a trip to FL and install it for him //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
