Replacement Mosfets....where to get?

been looking for some replacement Mosfets.

the original part # is STP80NE06-10

This is a toshiba replacement part # 2SK2985

Cant find either one.

If some one could link one, id be greatful.

Mouser catalog....mouser.com,digikey.com,.That should do it.That is where my company gets most of our parts.The Newark catalog[newark.com]..If you like doing your own repairs,these companies have many vendors at your fingertips.Your first time ,view the catalog online--but make sure you have them send you their catalog,once you do that,they will come automatically.Hope this helps.I build humidity and temperature systems/signal conditioning boards and data-loggers.Toshiba is a big vendor in these catalogs.Alpine50...............

thanks. ive been thru both sites, but they are out of stock. I tried radio shack, but they suggested I buy a new phone that has internet and check online.
