repairing CDA-7897?

I'm in the process of repairing an CDA-7897. Lots of good stuff in this thread. Just uncertain how to algin gears... sadly the video doesnt existe anymore. If someone know how to align gears of 7897/7998 without breaking the micro switch let me know.

So I aligned the gear. I didn't follow the manual service like Alpine said to do it. It's pretty tricky, just make sure that when the face is fully closed that the pin of the mechanism is on the left side a little bit before it gets to the full left. Good luck to future readers of this post.
