Repair Advice?

Have a Clarion NX 500. Few weeks ago the touch screen wouldn't work. When I turn it on it shows "Clarion" while it's booting then goes blank. CD player and radio work, just can't change anything. I hit the reset button, tested all wires coming in and out the deck and they are all getting 12 volts. All fuses seem fine as well. There are no authorized Clarion dealers in Houston so I was going to try a local repair shop. New to the area and don't know any good one's if by chance you do?
