Removing door speakers...

Hi all! I need to replace the door speakers in my 1986 Porsche. The speakers are part of a "Nakamichi Mobile Tuner Deck 1" system. If anyone knows of these older cassette systems, might you know whether the speaker grills can be removed to allow the changing of the speakers from the front, or do I have to remove the door panel and pull out the back?
