Remove glued on fabric

Yeah I'm using speaker fabric you're right.

409 and acetone I'll try those. Thanks before the tip about the heat gun and roller to form it to the shape much appreciated.

I’d suggest if you’re using 409. Get some wax paper or Saran Wrap. Soak the fabric in 409. Then lay the wax paper/ Saran Wrap over wherever the 409 is on. Then put the whole thing outside on warm day. Keep putting 409 on to keep it wet. The combination of heat and keeping the item wet with 409. The glue will break down.
I’d do a test on a small area. Depending on what the backing is made of it might be effected

thx for explaining. i thought fabric has a sound quality purpose. I am doing mine from OSB and will use filler to make it smooth and them painted...
