I already found and purchased 2 JVC Remotes and another one that is a inexpensive clone that'll probably work just as good as the JVC units so I have 3 remotes on the way....

I have the same head unit in 3 different vehicles... so one remote per vehicle.

Open mouth, insert foot!

Well, these remotes came in.... and the cheapy remote (this remote) works just as good and looks the same as the genuine JVC remote (this remote) so who's gonna reimburse me for wasting money on the genuine JVC remote?

Isn't there like a money back guarantee when someone gets bad advice that causes them to spend mo money that necessary?

Who do I contact for my refund, NewHorizonHoldings LLC or maybe XenForo Ltd ?

Usually, sellers offer returns. If not, sell them on eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
