Remote wire with a relay

So I am in need of a relay as having my amps hooked up through the decks remote wire are causing the deck to reset. So what type of relay do I need and where can I buy one like a local shop? Would advance auto or napa have one?

any auto parts store or radio shack will have them for around $5. Only need a 20amp at most since it's just a trigger.
