Remote turn-on stopped sending 12v ! HELP please!

So my setup has been working fine but this morning my two amps didn't turn on when my radio did. My first thought was to check the fuse on my 4 gauge power wire... fuse is fine. I then used a multimeter to check the voltage on my remote turn-on lead and it is only reading 0.3 volts! Any idea what the problem could be?

Head unit is a Pioneer DEH-80PRS

Head unit remote circuits aren't meant to supply much current and sometimes when you have two amps connected to one turn on lead, the slightest over current from one amp can cause damage to that circuit.

Disconnect the turn on circuit from the amplifiers and check that it's putting out 12 volts. It could be an amp that's causing the problem.

if this ever happens again, and it is completely shorted out, you can always put your remote line to switched 12v (the red wire) this will supply 12v only when the radio is on. not a permanent fix, but works nonetheless.
