Remote Start/Alarm

I paid to have a guy who owns a shop, and seems professional to install a remote start/alarm system into my car. It's been 4 days now, and today he called and said he can get it to start but can't get the alarm to work, the lights to flash with it, or the power door locks to lock..

I paid him already because he's my good friends buddy and said it would be no problem. I'm asking for my money back..

Anybody know how to hook up to a factory door lock/disable factory alarm and use this one? I don't want to use two key fobs

4 days to wire up a remote start? WOW....talk about retarded. If he couldn't tackle the job, why even bother taking it on? G/L

1. The longest, most difficult cars shouldn't take more than 5 hours (I'm talking about cars that you have to unsolder parts of a PCB for the ignition and solder new ends on etc. like new Land Rovers and Jaguar).

2. I need to know the year make and model of the car to give you any information further.
