I'd be tempted to see if the cabinets are internally 3/4' mdf and the veneer is in good condition. I can't build pretty:crap:

yea its kind of like eD products, you get subs and amps but when the shit breaks you wont get your shit fixed under warranty, not a total scam i guess

my roommate bought one the other day. paid $500 for it. he came home and was like "i just got a great deal on these speakers. they are worth 3k." i laughed and showed him that its a scam and the speakers ****. he was pissed and called the cops and they pretty much laughed at him for being such a dumbass

take all the speakers out and then show him partsexpress, some of their 'replacement' speakers that will be like $10 a speaker to make it worse
