if they have a warranty, why not? they are remade the same way they were orignally anyways...I used to have a refurb deck with no issues...

Yep, with a warranty. Ive owned/own:

Philips dvd changer

Viper 2500

PG tantrum 1200

Pioneer 860

Kicker 600.4

Kicker 300.4

No problems at all with any of them, save the dvd changer being dropped by UPS during shipping.

I talked to a tech about refurb amps(not his companies amps), I was informed that refurbs go through more in-depth testing than new ones. I've bought two with no trouble at all.

My refurb Viper d1200.1 came in today and it didnt have any scratches or dings or anything and the chrome is pretty shiny. Now I just need to hook it up. Chief
